The Pilot-Coater PCS is designed for coatings on endless webs in laboratories and/or technical centers.

New products as well as new coating technologies can be developed optimally with the Pilot-Coater by less raw material and low energy consumption.

The Pilot-Coater can be used for different chemicals in paste, foamed, liquid or hot-melt conditions and allows consequently high-quality coatings and laminations in the non-woven, film, paper and textile industry.

A big variety of coatings, laminations and finishing operations in the wet, dry and hot-melt processes can be provided by the modular design and PLC-control of the Pilot-Coater-System.

Based on its high flexibility and the diverse extension possibilities the Pilot- Coater-System is ready for future technologies and product designs in an optimum manner.
